You’ll work alongside experienced teachers, therapists and support staff in a collaborative environment where your ideas matter and your professional development is encouraged through ongoing training and career progression opportunities.

  • Supporting students’ emotional wellbeing, communication and social development throughout the school day.
  • Working closely with colleagues, families and other professionals to ensure every student receives consistent, high-quality support.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Has a genuine passion for helping children and young people achieve their full potential.
  • Is patient, caring and resilient, with a calm and positive approach.
  • Can build trusting relationships with students and adapt to their individual needs.
  • Enjoys working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
  • Is proactive, flexible and ready to embrace every day as a new opportunity to make a difference.
