Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd in Kesgrave is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school on a full-time basis. You will work alongside the class teacher to support learning and create a positive, inclusive classroom.

Daily tasks include guiding pupils in activities, reinforcing key skills with small groups, providing one-to-one help, and building strong relationships with pupils, staff and families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
• Patient, caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning.
• Enjoys working as part of a team with good communication skills.
• Passionate about helping children achieve their potential.

Your role

Working alongside the class teacher, you'll help create an engaging and supportive classroom where every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Your day could include:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom with their learning

• Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Encouraging children's confidence, independence and love of learning
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
