Job summary

John O’Gaunt School in Hungerford is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our Study and Support team. You will work with students in small groups and one-to-one within the classroom, supporting learning across a range of abilities.

Applicants should have a good education level (including GCSE English and Maths), and strong teamwork skills. Training and ongoing development will be provided to help you effectively support teenagers and contribute to a positive school environment.

The Role

We are looking for a Teaching Assistants to join our wonderful Study and Support team, to work with students in small groups and on a one to one basis within the classroom. Applicants should have a good level of education (including GCSE English and Maths), effective team working skills and the ability to work well with teenagers. Previous experience is not essential but would be an advantage. Support and training will be provided.
