This opportunity is based in Horsham, accessible from Southwest London, Northwest Brighton, and Northeast Chichester.

The Opportunity

Enjoy a rewarding career in education and make a real impact on pupils’ lives. Join an amazing team dedicated to creating supportive, enriching classrooms where vulnerable pupils achieve more than they expected.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will engage directly with pupils and young people, helping them maximize their educational potential. You will prepare learning materials, run classroom activities, and support their emotional and physical needs, fostering their development and engagement.

Supporting pupils with complex SEMH needs is rewarding, and you will benefit from the support of our experienced teams. Your efforts will lead to meaningful progress in their lives, providing a sense of achievement and fulfillment.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome candidates with GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths, and some experience with SEN and within a school setting.

You should be adaptable, ready to work in various classroom roles both indoors and outdoors, depending on individual needs. A caring, responsive approach is essential, whether running activities, leading outdoor experiences, or supervising pupils exploring outside.

We value teamwork and mutual support. If you enjoy working as part of a dedicated team and sharing knowledge and experience, please complete our safeguarding-compliant application form. A team member will contact you.

Benefits

Your health and wellbeing are important, and we offer an exceptional reward package including:

  • Life Assurance
  • Pension scheme with options to increase contributions
