Teaching Assistant – Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Location: Horncastle, Lincolnshire
Hours: 08:30 – 15:30, Monday to Friday
Pay: Starting at £90 per day, with potential to rise

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We’re looking for a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Horncastle, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
• Assist in the implementation of personalised learning plans
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Support students with personal care, where required
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external professionals

Qualifications:

• A patient, compassionate approach with a genuine interest in supporting young people
• Previous experience with SEN (preferred but not essential)
• A team player who is reliable and adaptable
• A willingness to support personal care needs with dignity and respect

This is a full-time role during term time, ideal for someone looking to build a rewarding career in education. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
