Castle Manor Academy, part of Unity Schools Partnership, is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to support learning across Years 7 to 11, in class and small-group interventions within our mainstream SEND provision. A C grade in GCSE Maths and English, and experience with SEND, are required. You will work well in a team and uphold the PROUD values.

Salary: USP Grade 3, SP 4-6 (FTE: £26,016 - £26,846 / Actual: £20,577 - £21,234 per annum)

Applicants would be required to have achieved at least a C grade in GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent, and have previous experience of working with children with additional needs, ideally in a secondary school setting. Applicants will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, enjoy working with children, and, at all times, demonstrate our PROUD values: Professional, Resilient, Optimistic, Understanding and Driven.
