Leigh Academy Milestone is seeking passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our SEN team here and/or across our provisions at Wilmington Academy, Sir Geoffrey Leigh Academy, Leigh Academy Dartford and Leigh Academy Cherry Orchard. This is a great opportunity for those with a genuine interest in supporting children with learning difficulties or for anyone considering a career in teaching.

Youll be involved in a variety of activities, from assisting with personal care and medical needs to supporting students in swimming, PE, and outdoor activities like Forest School. Full training and support will be provided, and youll be part of a fantastic team.

This permanent role is 31.75 hours per week (term time + 1 week inset) with a salary of £18,012-£19,248 per annum.

We understand the need for flexibility and are pleased to confirm that we can consider applicants seeking part-time opportunities for this role. While the daily hours are set from 8:45 AM - 3:30 PM , we can accommodate a working pattern of 2 or 3 days per week . Please indicate on your application if this is of interest to you.

Leigh Academy Milestone is a large special school for pupils with Profound, Severe and Complex needs, across five sites and is part of Leigh Academies Trust.
