Teaching Assistant | September 2025

Location: Wandsworth

Full-Time, 5 days per week

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

Teach Plus is working with a 1-form entry primary school in Wandsworth, seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to start in September.

This primary school, rated "Good" by OFSTED, is committed to fostering confident, respectful, and responsible learners. It emphasizes values such as curiosity, integrity, and inclusion, creating a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to thrive academically and personally.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to:

• Support the class teacher in supporting children both inside and outside the classroom
• Follow plans for activities and intervention sessions provided by the class teacher
• Support children's learning
• Ensure children feel supported and safe through a warm and nurturing approach

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with children
• The ability to build rapport and respond to individual children's needs
• The ability to follow instructions from the class teacher
