Horizon Teachers are currently working with an Oftsed Outstanding Primary School in Camden that are looking for Teaching Assistants to work 1:1 with their children from KS1 - KS2 that require close support as they have Special Educational Needs, such as Autism and speech and language delay.

You will be working closely with the children to help keep them engaged within lessons and activities to support their development. It would be very desirable if you have previous experience working within a Primary School setting, supporting children with SEND.

This school has great transport links and they work hard to provide an environment where children can be excited to learn and curiosity is welcomed!

This will be a very rewarding role for the right person and will pay up to £550 per week. The role is to start ASAP and has the potential to continue into the next academic year.

What the school are looking for in their Teaching Assistants:

• Experience supporting children within a Nursery or School setting.
• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs is very desirable.
• Confident working 1:1 and within small groups of children
• Be able to assist the class teacher with classroom preparation
