Job summary

Guardian Selection Limited is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support teachers and pupils at a Hornchurch location. You will assist with lesson delivery, support individual students or small groups, and promote student wellbeing and engagement.

The role requires safeguarding knowledge, strong communication, and collaboration with the school team. The successful candidate will join a supportive, development-focused environment with DBS checks processed through our consultants.
