Old Windebrowe School is seeking an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our founding team. Situated in the picturesque town of Keswick, our new school will cater to children with specific learning needs, including Autism, Learning Disabilities, and associated complex needs.

We are currently considering the appointment of two Teaching Assistants to join the Old Windebrowe team. For one of these positions, there is an identified occupational requirement for the successful applicant to be male, due to the specific needs of the student they will be supporting and the nature of the care, support and educational provision required.
This requirement is considered necessary and proportionate to ensure that the individual needs, dignity, safety and wellbeing of the student can be appropriately supported.
