New Reflexions Care Group Limited is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant for Old Windebrowe School in Keswick, Cumbria. You will support children with specific learning needs, including Autism and complex needs, helping shape a brand-new school and make a lasting impact on pupils.

The role requires passion for SEN education, ability to lead small groups or individual sessions, and a collaborative, reflective approach within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEN education settings or similar.
• Ability to lead small group or individual learning sessions.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality education for all students.
• Ability to adapt approaches to meet each student’s needs.
• Flexible, dynamic, well-organised and reflective in practice.
• Experience supporting Autism, Learning Disabilities and complex needs.
