Job summary

St Louis Catholic Primary School in Frome is inviting applications for a Teaching Assistant to join our caring, enthusiastic staff. This fixed-term role (to 31 August 2027) supports learning across classes, assists teachers with planning and classroom routines, and helps pupils succeed with encouragement and care.

We are looking for a dedicated team player who is patient, friendly and demonstrates high expectations for every child.

Job description

Teaching Assistant - St Louis Catholic Primary School

Salary: £24,796 - £25,185 per annum (actual salary for part-time, term-time working £15,345 - £15,597) Pay award pending

Hours: 27.08 hours per week (8:45 - 15:15 Monday-Friday)

Fixed term to 31st August 2027, Term time only
