Frome College is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the Pastoral Team and help raise standards of achievement for all students. You will work Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm, term-time plus inset days, collaborating with teaching staff to support learning and wellbeing on a Daily basis.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and a commitment to inclusion and equality, with a proactive approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
