Job summary

Envision Education in London is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to support pupils in an inclusive classroom in Ealing. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, assist with planning and delivering engaging lessons, and help build positive relationships with students.

A DBS update service is preferred, with safeguarding at the heart of the role. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, enthusiastic and committed to helping children reach their potential, working Monday

We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join a school in Ealing. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or have valuable transferable experience working with children and young people, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide classroom and 1:1 support to students, helping them engage confidently with their learning.
• Support teachers with planning and delivering interactive and engaging lessons.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with students.
• Encourage and motivate students to participate, develop their skills and achieve their potential.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Is available Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm.
• Has at least 6 months' experience working with children.
• Has an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to apply for one.
• Is passionate, patient and enthusiastic about supporting children and young people.
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Higher-level qualifications are preferred, but transferable experience will also be considered.
