Job summary

Zest Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support for pupils with MSI, ASD, PMLD, PD and SLD at a British Curriculum setting. Based in Wren's Nest, you will adapt materials, use sensory tools and communication aids to meet individual learning needs.

This temporary supply role requires DBS checks, DBS Update Service registration, and references from the last two years. You will work with teachers, therapists and healthcare professionals to support therapy sessions and

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting SEND pupils.
  • Empathy, resilience, and a positive, child‑centred approach.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Qualifications such as CACHE, NVQ, or TA Level 2/3 are beneficial.
  • Commitment to developing as a teaching assistant.
  • All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS and be registered to the DBS Update Service, provide references covering the last two years, and pass safeguarding checks.

  • The role is for temporary supply work.
