Job description

Aspire are working with an outstanding primary school in Tower Hamlets looking for a Teaching Assistant to join in September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to support teaching and learning in a vibrant and inclusive school environment. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and other staff to help deliver high-quality education and pastoral care to pupils across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support classroom learning through small group and one-to-one support.
* Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
* Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
* Support children with varying needs, including those with SEN or EAL.
* Help manage classroom behavior in line with school policies.

Requirements:

* Experience working with children in an educational setting (school or similar).
* A genuine passion for supporting children's development and learning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications or training in child development or education (desirable).
