Job description

Teaching Assistant, Smeeth, Kent.

Salary: £19,768.32 to £20,355.84for 39 weeks. This is inclusive of a paid break and annual leave.

Hours:Monday to Friday 08.30am to 4.30pm.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to become involved in the increasingly important area of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH). We are looking for dedicated, passionate, and committed Teaching Assistants.


We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children, works well as part of a team and has a good sense of humour! Ideally you will be resilient, highly skilled, enthusiastic and reliable and who can support our young people to achieve in all areas of the curriculum.

You must have GCSE (Grade C or above) in English and Mathematics or Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy and be able to communicate effectively with children and adults.
