St Francis CMAT, incorporated in Doncaster, is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs and emotional wellbeing. The role involves working with individual pupils and groups to facilitate learning and enhance engagement.
This permanent, term-time position offers 28.75 hours per week, starting on November 2nd, 2026. The salary ranges from £25,185 to £25,989, with an actual salary between £16,581 and £17,506.

Reporting to: Headteacher
To support pupils with SEND, SEMH, communication and interaction, learning and pastoral needs to access education, engage positively with school life and make progress within a safe, inclusive and supportive environment.
The Teaching Assistant will work under the direction of teaching and inclusion staff to provide targeted support for individual pupils and groups, helping to remove barriers to learning, promote emotional wellbeing and support positive engagement across the school.
