Job summary

Zest Education is partnering with Coventry schools to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant for full-time roles starting ASAP. You will support pupils in class, assist teachers, and deliver 1:1 and small group support to help learners stay engaged.

You will help foster a safe, inclusive environment, build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues, and contribute to positive behaviour and learning progress. Relevant qualifications at Level 2 or 3 are desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous classroom-based experience is essential.
• SEND experience is desirable.
• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to pupils within the classroom.
• Assist teachers with the delivery of lessons and learning activities.

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity within a supportive school environment? Zest Education is currently working with schools across Coventry that are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their teams on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who enjoys supporting pupils both academically and personally. Furthermore, you will work closely with class teachers to help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
