Teaching Assistant - Primary School (Coalville)

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant
Salary: £85 - £100 per day (Depending on Experience)


Aspire People are thrilled to partner with a vibrant primary school in Coalville to find a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience working in a UK primary school to contribute to a thriving educational environment and support young learners in their development.

What You'll Be Doing:

Working alongside the class teacher to deliver exciting lessons that engage and inspire students.
Supporting children on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to boost their confidence and understanding.
Assisting with classroom activities, ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their work.
Helping with the management of student behavior and creating a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Offering general classroom support, including preparing resources and assisting with administrative tasks.

About You:

At least 1 year of experience working in a UK primary school is required.
A strong passion for education and a genuine desire to support children in their learning journey.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
A proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative when needed.
Experience working with children with additional needs is an advantage but not essential.
A minimum of Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
