Your Role in Building Brighter Futures

As an Early Years/Pre‑school teaching assistant at All Saints CofE Primary School, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura's mission statement of "Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish". All Saints CofE Primary School is set in the beautiful Swiss style valley in Clevedon with All Saints Church. Responsibilities
  • Supporting pupils, ensuring safe access to learning
  • Promoting inclusion
  • Supporting pupils learning while responding to individual needs
  • Monitoring and evaluating children's progress through observation and recording against pre‑determined learning objectives
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • Qualifications: Level 3 Childcare, Paediatric First Aid qualified (training can be provided)
  • Experience: Previous experience in Pre‑school settings is desirable
  • Skills: Good knowledge of Early Years progress and development
  • Demonstrates a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community

Key Information

Working pattern: Monday to Friday.

Actual Salary Grade 3 Scale Point 5: Full time term time only 32.5 hours, no insets.
