Your Role in Building Brighter Futures

As an Early Years/Pre‑school teaching assistant at All Saints CofE Primary School, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura's mission statement of "Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish". Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils, ensuring safe access to learning
• Promoting inclusion
• Supporting pupils learning while responding to individual needs
• Monitoring and evaluating children's progress through observation and recording against pre‑determined learning objectives

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Qualifications: Level 3 Childcare, Paediatric First Aid qualified (training can be provided)
• Experience: Previous experience in Pre‑school settings is desirable
• Skills: Good knowledge of Early Years progress and development
• Demonstrates a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community

Key Information

Working pattern: Monday to Friday.

Actual Salary Grade 3 Scale Point 5: Full time term time only 32.5 hours, no insets.
