JOB DESCRIPTION

Teaching assistant for a fantastic girls school in Central London. This teaching assistant position will involve supporting pupils in the classroom, the school is keen to hear from teaching assistant's with a languages background (French or Spanish or German). The school achieves fantastic results and is well resourced and has excellent facilities. This post can be offered on a part-time basis (3 days a week) to start in immediately after the half term break. This is a great opportunity to work in an exceptional school. The school is keen to look over teaching assistant CVs and interview teaching assistants over the next couple of weeks.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

• Working with and supporting students who require additional support in the classroom


• Providing academic support, either one-on-one or in a small group.


• Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom culture and providing emotional support when needed.


• Implementing behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.


• Using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage focus.


• Being aware of safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
