Bluebank School is looking for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide personalised support to a pupil with additional and complex needs.
This role goes beyond classroom support: you’ll be a trusted presence helping the pupil access learning, develop confidence and skills, and work with teachers, therapists and families to deliver tailored plans. Permanent, term time only, starting September 2026, 37.5 hours per week.
