Job summary

Step Teachers is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to support pupils across different school settings. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, assist teachers with engaging activities, and help implement behaviour strategies in line with policies.

Ideal candidates show patience, empathy, and adaptability, with a commitment to safeguarding and a willingness to undertake relevant training. Long-term placements across Somerset and surrounding areas are available.
