Supply Staff Limited is seeking a Teaching Assistant for full-time long-term roles and day-to-day supply across Somerset. You will support teachers, assist with learning activities and help pupils build confidence and independence in a positive classroom environment.

The role offers daily pay (£95–£100) and a pathway to ongoing placements, with opportunities to contribute across various classrooms while maintaining high safeguarding standards in UK schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, patient and adaptable approach.
• Passion for supporting pupils and their education.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.
• Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
