Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd, Carmarthen, is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team for long-term placements or flexible day-to-day supply. You will support the class teacher, assist with lesson delivery, and provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils in a caring, inclusive setting.

We offer ongoing CPD, a user-friendly online app for availability, and a referral scheme. Roles are paid weekly, with free training available to all successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working with children.
• Experience can be voluntary, school-based, or from transferable roles (youth work, care, coaching, etc.).
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
