Job description

We're looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Surrey for a September 2025 start.

Whether you have experience or are just starting out, if you enjoy working with children and want to make a difference – we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Support teachers in the classroom

• Help children with reading, writing, and maths

• Work 1:1 or in small groups

• Encourage learning and good behaviour

• Support pupils with additional needs

What You Need:
Experience with children (school, nursery, or similar)
A caring, positive attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Teaching Assistant qualification (helpful but not essential)
