Job summary

Reeson Education is seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with SEN in the Bury area. The role involves close collaboration with the class teacher to deliver targeted learning activities and support the pupil's academic, social and personal development.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a TA, with a patient and adaptable approach, and a knowledge of safeguarding. Immediate start for the right candidate; nationwide DBS checks may be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a KS1 or SEN setting.
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach as a Teaching Assistant.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child welfare practices.
• Level 2/3 TA qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
