Job summary

John Taylor Multi Academy Trust seeks a patient and caring SEND Teaching Assistant to work predominantly on a one-to-one basis. The role involves supporting a pupil within the primary age range, collaborating with colleagues, and developing strong relationships with parents and carers.

The successful candidate will ideally have willingness to learn braille and be a proactive team player committed to high standards of learning and safeguarding.

• Be passionate about learning and supporting teaching, putting children at the heart of everything they do.

• Have an ability to develop good working relationships with parents and carers.
