Qualifications

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team, supporting primary schools in Brixham, Devon. This role offers flexibility to suit your schedule while making a real difference in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Assisting students with their learning, including those with additional needs.
  • Encouraging a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Managing classroom behavior in line with school policies.
  • Helping to prepare and organize learning materials.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with children is essential, within an educational setting is preferable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible, proactive, and positive attitude.
  • The ability to adapt to various schools and classrooms.
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
