Job description

Start Date: 01/09/2025

Salary: Grade 10, £25,992 - £27,269 FTE per annum (Actual Salary based on weeks worked and hours: £16,616.41 – £17,432.78 p.a.)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 27.5 per week (08:45 am – 3:15 pm Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break), term time only including INSET days (39 weeks)

  • Have knowledge of the EYFS and/or Key Stage 1 curriculum

  • Be committed to the progress and wellbeing of every pupil
  • Be ambitious about their own professional development and eager to keep learning
  • Use good ICT skills to support learning and communication
  • Bring a good sense of humour and a caring approach

Experience supporting learning in a school or classroom environment is desirable but not essential — applications from candidates with voluntary experience or transferable skills are welcome.

You will receive training and ongoing support to develop your skills and confidence in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
