Job summary

EmpowerED in Bracknell is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support children with severe and profound learning difficulties and complex needs in a specialist SEND environment.

You will work as part of an experienced team, delivering personalised learning, sensory activities, and life skills through a curriculum centred on communication, independence and well-being.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SEND and learning difficulties preferred.
  • Able to support 1:1 and small groups.
  • Comfortable with sensory activities and personal care.

The Teaching Assistant role

As a Teaching Assistant in Bracknell, you'll work as part of an experienced specialist classroom team, supporting pupils throughout their school day.

Your day could include:
