Starting Pay: £90 per day (with potential to increase)

A dedicated SEN school in Boston, Lincolnshire is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to provide day-to-day support for pupils with a range of needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who benefit from patient, consistent, and caring support.
Assisting children with special educational needs with their learning and development
Supporting classroom activities and helping to implement learning plans
Providing one-to-one or small group support as required
Assisting with personal care and feeding needs where necessary
Encouraging independence and social development in a safe, inclusive environment
Has experience working with children or young people with additional needs (desirable but not essential)
Is patient, empathetic, and confident in supporting children with complex needs
Comfortable with personal care responsibilities
Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively
Pay starts at £90 per day, with potential to increase based on experience and responsibilities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
