Job summary

About the school

The Knights Templar School is a community school in the historic market town of Baldock, Hertfordshire, 33 miles north of London and within 30-40 minutes of both Cambridge and London by road or train. In April 2023, Ofsted graded the school as 'good' and noted that staff have high expectations of students' behaviour and manage it well, resulting in a calm and orderly environment. The role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join the school as soon as possible. The successful candidate will provide direct support in lessons, enabling access to the curriculum, bridging gaps in communication and facilitating independent learning. The postholder will demonstrate high levels of motivation and possess the ability to engage, lead and inspire students to raise standards and deliver effective outcomes for all.
