Job summary

Supply Desk is working with a welcoming primary school in Rustington to recruit two Teaching Assistants to join their friendly team. You will support pupils across all year groups individually and in small groups to help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

You will work with class teachers to deliver engaging activities, foster confidence and progress, and contribute to a supportive school community. There are opportunities for professional growth and HLTA status progression.

• Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
