Salary ranges £26,847–£29,071 plus SEN allowances, with an actual salary of £18,437.35–£19,964.70 plus SEN allowance.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:

• To work with and supervise individuals and groups of students under the direction/instruction of teaching and/or senior staff, inclusive of specific individual learning needs, supporting target setting for students and enabling access to learning for all students.
• Assisting in managing students' sometimes significant and challenging behavior through the use of a range of strategies and techniques.
