Job summary

The University of Edinburgh is seeking an organised administrator to support undergraduate teaching programmes within the CSE / School of Biological Sciences. You will be proactive, using initiative to ensure high standard delivery in a busy academic environment.

This full-time, hybrid role is fixed-term until 31 July 2027, with a salary in the UE05 band of £29,588 - £33,951 per annum and a range of staff benefits. Edinburgh offers a vibrant, multicultural community and a supportive work culture.

You will have excellent IT, organisational, communication and customer service skills, a commitment to providing a first-class service to staff and students and relevant experience in an administrative support role.

This post is full-time 35 hours per week. The role offers hybrid working that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working. Initial training period in-person on-campus.
