The University of Edinburgh is seeking an organised administrator to support undergraduate teaching programmes within the CSE / School of Biological Sciences. You will be proactive, using initiative to ensure high standard delivery in a busy academic environment.

As an experienced and well-organised team-player, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for designated undergraduate teaching programmes and courses. You will be proactive and take ownership of the areas that you are responsible for, using initiative and resourcefulness to ensure that your work is completed to a high standard.
You will have excellent IT, organisational, communication and customer service skills, a commitment to providing a first-class service to staff and students and relevant experience in an administrative support role.
This post is full-time 35 hours per week. The role offers hybrid working that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working. Initial training period in-person on-campus.
