Job summary

The University of Edinburgh is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support undergraduate teaching programmes and courses. You will take ownership of your areas, using initiative to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard, with strong IT, organisational and customer service skills.

The role is full‑time (35 hours per week) with hybrid working. Initial on‑campus training is provided, and the position runs as a fixed‑term contract to 31 July 2027 with a competitive salary

  • You will have excellent IT, organisational, communication and customer service skills, a commitment to providing a first‑class service to staff and students and relevant experience in an administrative support role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for designated undergraduate teaching programmes and courses.
  • Be proactive and take ownership of the areas you are responsible for, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

This post is full-time 35 hours per week. The role offers hybrid working that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working. Initial training period in-person on-campus.
