Ruskin Academy is seeking a Phase Lead to join our KS2 team. The successful candidate will drive consistent teaching practices, pastoral care and safeguarding to ensure pupils achieve high standards. Qualifications

• Phase Lead will be part of the Leadership team and develop consistent practice in teaching, learning, pastoral care and behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Lead KS2 provision to ensure children achieve high attainment and progress.
• Oversee safeguarding, pupil behaviour and welfare within the phase.
• Support professional development and mentoring of staff within the phase.
