We are seeking an experienced teacher ready to move into Phase Leader to drive high standards in Key Stage 2 and support colleagues across the phase. You will work with senior leaders to foster ambition, collaboration and inclusion, shaping the strategic direction of the phase and wider school community.

  • Maintain high expectations for teaching, learning, behaviour and pupil achievement.
  • Support and coach colleagues to secure continual improvement across the phase.
  • Use assessment and pupil progress data effectively to drive standards and outcomes.
  • Promote an inclusive learning environment where all children can succeed.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with staff, pupils, parents and external agencies.
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Demonstrate resilience, professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Champion staff wellbeing while fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Embrace innovation and the effective use of technology to enhance teaching and learning.
