Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a committed Teacher to inspire students who may not have thrived in mainstream settings.

You’ll engage learners, support emotional and academic development, and bring strong communication and time-management skills to a school environment that values equality and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Passion for supporting students’ emotional and academic development.
• Experience working in a school environment; secondary experience advantageous.
• Understanding of alternative provision and SEN.
• Excellent communication and professional conduct.
• Good working knowledge of English, Maths, or Science (Grade C/4 or above).
• Commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding and British Values.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
