Eden Brown Synergy is seeking experienced SEN Lecturers to join a Manchester FE college. Roles are 19–24 hours per week on a temporary basis across two campuses, delivering inclusive teaching to learners with SEN.

We welcome applicants with SEN teaching experience, especially in NEET or Foundation Learning contexts. You will manage diverse classrooms, adapt methods to individual needs, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Competenze

• Previous experience teaching or supporting learners with SEN and additional learning needs.
• Experience in NEET provision and/or Foundation Learning is highly desirable.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A learner-centred approach with the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• A relevant teaching qualification is desirable, alongside relevant subject or vocational experience.

Special Education Needs Lecturers - Manchester

Eden Brown are currently recruiting experienced and passionate SEN Lecturers to join a further education college in Manchester. These are temporary opportunities offering between 19 and 24 hours per week, with teaching requirements across two campuses.

The college is looking for dedicated professionals to support learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across a range of programmes, including NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) and Foundation Learning.

The Role
