The right candidate will be totally aligned with our values of hard work, trust, and fairness, and be completely committed to our mission: ensuring that all students succeed at university (or a real alternative), thrive in a top job, and have a great life.
Our mission is to challenge educational and social disadvantage in the North. As a school trust of 17 schools, we are committed to making a difference where it matters most through delivering exceptional education in our schools in Bradford, Leeds, Liverpool, and Manchester, including primaries, secondaries, all-throughs, and a standalone sixth form.
We establish high-performing, non-faith academies that maximize attainment, value diversity, develop character, and build cultural capital. By age 18, we want every student to have the choice of university or a high-quality apprenticeship.
