The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 17 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry.

Teacher of Science

Full Time, Permanent

Required for September 2025

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Science to join our committed team at The Bridge Academy – a thriving Alternative Provision setting where every student is supported to be school ready, work ready and life ready. We are looking for a teacher who can embody these values in the classroom, inspire curiosity in Science, and foster a learning environment that supports both academic progress and personal development.

While a specialism in Science is essential, the ability to offer a second subject or lead an Enrichment activity as part of our wider Widening Horizons programme would be a valuable addition.

Salary: MPS/UPS £31,650 - £49,084 per annum

Hours: Full time, Permanent

Location: The role will be based at The Bridge Academy, Wissage Road, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS13 6SW

Start Date: September 2025
