Salary: £32,850 to £48,050 (United Learning Pay structure) plus R+R would be considered

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develops and prepares learning materials
  2. Delivers learning
  3. Monitors and assesses performance

  8. Is responsive to the School’s agreed policies
  9. Provides guidance and advice to pupils on educational and social matters, on their further education and careers

  11. Participates in directed meetings related to the curriculum, pastoral arrangements or administration of the school
  12. Participates in staff development programmes as agreed with the Senior Management Team and colleagues
  13. Keeps up to date with relevant initiatives and development in area of expertise
  14. Looks for and uses opportunities to support the development of the whole child through spiritual, moral, social and cultural activities

Qualifications:

  1. Degree level qualification
  2. Postgraduate professional Qualification e.g. Postgraduate Certificate in Education

  2. Presents information and ideas clearly, by using language appropriate to audience
  3. Positively influences the opinions of others through factual discussion
