Responsibilities:

1. Plan, prepare, develop, evaluate, and review lessons and teaching programs in alignment with school policies.
2. Ensure access to well-designed, stimulating resources, engaging activities, and a conducive environment for students.
3. Assess, record, and report on students' work and progress, providing guidance for improvement.
4. Contribute to the development of schemes of work and teaching materials in response to school policies and assessment procedures.
5. Participate in pedagogical reviews, share best practices, and contribute to the School Improvement Plan.
6. Manage health and safety within the lesson environment.
7. Stay informed on contemporary teaching issues, curriculum development, and educational policies.
8. Serve as a tutor, supporting the welfare and academic progress of students in the tutor group.
9. Develop and deliver PSHE education.
