Teacher of Music - the school:

The Music department plays a vital role in offering students the opportunity to express themselves and explore different forms of creativity.
In addition to excellent teaching, the school offers a range of extracurricular activities, including performances and orchestras.
Teacher of Music - responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and creative Music lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with the potential to extend to Key Stage 5).
* Encourage students to explore a variety of performance styles.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes creativity and self-expression.
* Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the integration of Music across the curriculum.
* Maintain a well-organised and inspiring classroom environment.
Teacher of Music - requirements:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* An undergraduate degree in Music or a related field.
* Experience teaching Music at secondary school level (KS3-KS4; KS5 experience is a bonus).
* Skilled in teaching both voice and instrumental.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* A passion for inspiring students to explore and develop their creativity.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
