Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Music lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Plan and adapt lessons to engage all learners and promote musical exploration
• Inspire students to develop musical skill, performance confidence, and appreciation for the arts
• Contribute to a vibrant and creative department with a strong extracurricular offer
• Support the school's commitment to inclusive education and positive behaviour management
• Engage in school-wide initiatives and contribute to a collaborative staff culture

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A degree and PGCE (or equivalent teaching qualification)
• A passion for music education and commitment to engaging all learners
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A desire to take part in the wider life of the school including extracurricular activities
