Are you a skilled and enthusiastic MFL teacher with a passion for language learning and cultural education? Our client, a forward-thinking and inclusive secondary academy based in Rainham, Essex, is seeking a committed Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to join their successful languages department. Key Responsibilities:

Teach French and/or Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable)

Create dynamic and engaging lessons that promote linguistic fluency and intercultural understanding

Support students of all abilities to achieve excellent outcomes in MFL

Promote a love of languages through clubs, trips, and cultural activities

Contribute to the department’s continuous development and innovation

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching MFL in a secondary setting

Strong subject knowledge in French and/or Spanish (a third language is an advantage)

A commitment to high standards and inclusive practice

Excellent classroom management and communication skills
